To ensure that my clients receive the freshest coffee, I hand roast every 12 ounce batch of coffee beans. By hand-roasting each batch, I am able to monitor every minute of the roasting process.
Unless specified, I will roast all beans to a medium or medium dark-roast, based on the best flavor for origin of the bean. I roast ALL beans after they are ordered. Your order will be shipped via USPS
First-Class or Priority Mail within 24 hours after roasting completion.
